Every 2mins for 10mins (5sets) Back Squat:

Set 1: 6 reps @ 65%

Set 2: 4 reps @75%

Set 3: 2 reps @85%

Set 4: 2 reps @ 90%

Set 5: 1 rep @ 95%

then

Every 3mins for 6mins (2sets) Back Squat x1rep @ +101%

Metcon (Time)

WALL BALLS WEDNESDAY
Every 4mins for 20mins (5 sets)

25 Wall Balls

50 Double Unders

Record your time for each set then add them for one total time.
