Followed by….
Every 2 minutes for 4 sets):
Snatch Balance with a Pause x 1 rep
*3 second pause in the bottom of the Snatch
Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:
1 Snatch
*Building in weight to 70-80% of 1RM Snatch
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
3 rounds of:
3 Mins ON: 2 mins OFF
10 Snatches @ 80% of 1RM
Max Bar facing Burpees in time remaining
