B) Ring Swing x 4-6

Swinging Ring Pull Up + Lever Rock x 3-5 Reps

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets

Gymnastics

5 Sets

Bodyweight Parallel Bar Dip x 3 single reps

Rest 15-30 seconds between single reps, rest 90-120 sec between sets

Gymnastics

5 Rounds (as little rest as needed)

A) Hollow Rocks x 10-20 Reps

B) Arch Rocks x 10-20 Reps

C) Straddled Side Plank x 10-20 sec hold/side
