8 Sumo Deadlifts (4 seconds down, 1 second pause at the bottom and top)
12 KB Front rack Lateral squats (6 per side)
*Build in weight across sets if quality and form is good
Metcon (Time)
For time:
50 Ab Wheel Roll outs
*Every break 10/7 Cal Ski + 10 Burpees
