WOD otherwise standing for “workout of the day” consists of a 1 hour coached session. It includes a warm-up that moves into mobility and activation before hitting a skill or strength piece and finishing but not always with a Met-Con (metabolic conditioning) workout. These classes will be sure to give you a jam packed hour that gets you moving and feeling better whilst getting stronger and fitter. They are the same throughout the day wether you come 9.30am or 7pm, however each day is completely different.
