Looking to get your first Pull-up or improve your core and general gymnastic skills then this is the class you don’t want to miss. This class focuses a great deal on having healthy shoulders and core strength. It can be challenging for an experienced cross fitter and scalable for a beginner, from doing pushups to a bench or on your knees to doing them off an unstable ball or freestanding, this class has multiple levels and is open to everyone. Being a Saturday morning and early for some we like to keep the music generally laid back and a bit more chilled.
