If you are considering or interested in competing in CrossFit Competitions both local and interstate then this session will help. This is not for the light hearted and does not always contain coaching on movements but rather learning to train the mind and mental side to competing whilst learning how to tackle workouts. This session usually runs from 60-120 minutes it has been opened to those who are not so interested in competing but rather just like to push hard and bring that never give up attitude to the group. If you are interested in this class then we recommend you speak to one of your coaches.
