If you are looking to improve on your Olympic Lifting and general strength then this is your “Happy Hour” at the bar. This class usually runs anywhere from 60-75 minutes and therefore ask members to come in early to spend 5mins warming up and working on their range of motion and mobility prior to class. This is a class you don’t want to miss out on.
