Power Clean
Warm up to 75% of our complex of 1 Power Clean + Front Squat
As you warm up perform 3 sets of 3 reps Barbell Squat Jumps
Once you have reached 75%
do
5 sets of 3 reps @ 75% (drop and reset in between
Metcon (Time)
For Time:
30 Power Cleans
30 Shoulder to Overhead
30 Hang Power Cleans
30 Front Squats
*50 Double unders in between each movement
