Snatch
Spend 8 minutes building to 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch
then into 6 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep of the above complex.
Clean and Jerk
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets) complete3 Clean & Jerks focusing on a weight you can move holding form. This is not about the weight.
Clean Pull
Complete 4 sets of 4 Clean Pull all at the same weight.
Front Squat
Complete 4 sets of 2 Front Squats at 85% or above.
