Front Squat
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes of:
Front Squat 2 reps @ 70%
*5 second pause on the first rep of each set in the bottom position
Snatch Balance
In 15mins find a 1RM Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat
Snatch
Snatch with 3 second Lift-Off:
3 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 75%
3 reps @ 80%
3 reps @ 85%
*Focus on vertical shins and bar path
*above % are just a guide build by feel otherwise and reps do not need to be consecutive
