3 Snatch High Pulls

*building in weight if possible

Hang Power Snatch

2 Power Snatch + 3 Hang Power Snatch

*Building in weight if possible

Overhead Squat

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes

Set 1: 3 reps

Set 2: 2 reps

Set 3: 1 rep

Set 4: 3 reps

Set 5: 2 reps

Set 6: 1 rep

Conditioning

3 sets of 20m

2 Arm Kettlebell Overhead Carry

-immediately followed by 40m Front rack carry
