3 sets of 2 at 73%
Split Jerk
Complete 5 sets of 2 Split Jerks at 82% of 1RM
Clean Pull
Complete 5 sets of 5 Clean Pulls at 80%.
Back Squat
Complete 5 sets of 3 reps at 88% of 1RM. If you missed the last few Back Squat sessions reduce your percentages.
