Jumping training:
-5 mins working the jump required to improve double unders
-5 mins working the jump the will improve box jumps
-5mins working the jump that will improve you jumping in general (which also helps with your Olympic lifting also)

Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes:
Min 1: Row 18/14 Cals
Min 2: 15 V-ups
Min 3: 15 Box jumps
Min 4: 12 Burpees
